It all started 50 years ago during the harlem renasaince with jazz....yes jazz. Back in
the day when they were blowin on horns and scatting, they were contributing to what we
have today. I felt that you should know where our stuff comes from. But the people from
outside the city aren't the only ones desacratin our styles. I'm gonna make this point
short. . Hip hop aint all about what you wear, it's about what is in your head. If you
wanna style, wear clothes that were made for hip hop by hip hoppers. We don't need
to impress anyone with our clothing because we can impress everyone with our minds.
